Final Type Project
Ok, I'm glad I went through this in class already and got my feedback so this is a post after bringing everything into class. I now have a new and clear cut goal in mind. So everything is all good except for the box. The box was a miserable failure. I took a lot of time with it just because it was extremely difficult and I felt like I was in too deep to quit which is why I brought it into class. Having learned it, I've decided to make those draw string gym bags similar to what Nike does. I have an uncle that is a tailor who provided the material, could probably grind out a professional looking one out in the matter of minutes. Given that, here are the pictures:

ReplyDeletei was wondering...how did you do the hang tag? Is there some tool that you have to have in order to use the grommets?
oh, this is elizabeth. i changed my name to 'y' because i don't actually use blogger and was irritated that it wouldn't let me DELETE the account. that's dumb. anyway, i changed it back to elizabeth so i wouldn't be like some wierdo random person commenting on your type blog, but i dunno when it will change over.
ReplyDeleteYup, I glued the tag over each other, let it dry, cut it, corner cut it, and there's a tool to punch holes and that same tool pushes down grommets as well!
